4) Usage & Conduct

9) Spotify Account Tos
If the method is patched: No refund or replacement.
It is strictly forbidden to delete messages in the NotLetters email. If you do so, you will lose your warranty.
Replacements will only be made if the account no longer has Premium [I take no responsibility if the account is blocked or limited]
Do not replace/refund if Spotify gives you an email error
To request a replacement, you must provide the Invoice ID along with the account that no longer works. Without the Invoice ID, no replacement or refund will be provided.

10) Nitro Boost Tos
Quality Assurance: 1% chance of revoke.
Revoke Warranty: 28d warranty is available (not on revoke waves).
Purchase Documentation: A full, unedited screen recording of the entire claiming process is required. The recording must clearly show the claim link, account email, current credits, and the revoke email in one continuous take with no cuts or interruptions. Any missing information will result in immediate denial.
Claiming Conditions: No auto-claim warranty (all links are secured). A full video of claiming the link, including showing your inventory before and after claiming, is mandatory.

11) Server Boost Tos
If Nitro Tokens gets Term by discord and your Boosts Didn't Last for the Duration you bought . we are not responsible for it we can't provide refund / replacement
If you kick any of the boosting accounts or your anti-raid bot kicks them I will NOT replace boosts.
If a promotion ends or a promo is revoked by discord, I am not responsible and you will not receive a refund or a replacement , ( This terms is applicable on Nitro Promos / Nitro Tokens / Server Boosts ).
If a Nitro Token is Termed by discord, I am not responsible and you will not receive a refund or a replacement.
Do NOT log in to the tokens manually as there is a high chance the token will get flagged or locked if logged in manually. Use good tools and good proxies. Do NOT use flagged tools.
If you had overpaid in Crypto/PayPal/ or any other payment method, all the extra money is being accepted as a donation. No refunds/extra products are going to be given.
